Team Leader – Inbound/OutboundLocation: Pune Camp | Job Type: Full-time
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage, coach, and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Monitor productivity, quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training.
- Prepare performance reports and support process improvements.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a call centre/customer service role.
- Leadership/team-handling experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and call-centre tools.
