Solid programming:

Python (primary)

github copilot

API development/integration (REST, event-driven patterns)

Automation-first mindset:

Experience with Power Automate,



scripting, or workflow orchestration tools

Data engineering & reporting:

Data pipelines, transformation, and structured/unstructured data handling

Experience replacing:

Manual data handling

Spreadsheet-based tracking

Email-driven processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

RPA or advanced automation frameworks

Cloud/platform automation (Azure, GCP, or similar)

Security/compliance domain exposure (audit, IAM, risk processes)

Dashboarding tools (Power BI or equivalent)
