Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Controller to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate courier shipments, process orders, maintain dispatch documentation, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse dispatch operations.
- Process and verify orders before dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners for shipment handovers and pickups.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all orders.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch-related documentation.
- Verify product quantity, SKU, packaging, and shipping details before dispatch.
- Track shipments and coordinate with courier partners for delayed or failed deliveries.
- Maintain dispatch records, registers, and system updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse, e-commerce, customer service, and logistics teams.
- Handle RTO, replacement, return, and re-dispatch processes.




- Monitor pending and undelivered shipments and ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly dispatch MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and dispatch procedures.
- Identify dispatch errors and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain proper coordination between order processing and warehouse teams.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Experience in courier coordination and shipment management.
- Good knowledge of order processing and dispatch documentation.
- Valuable MS Excel and ERP/WMS knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse dispatch operations.
- Experience in courier shipment handovers, order processing, documentation, and timely dispatch management is required.
- E-commerce/warehouse industry experience will be preferred.
