- Billing & Transaction Processing: Scan customer purchases using POS (Point of Sale) systems, check quantities/prices, and generate sales invoices or receipts accurately.
- Payment Collection: Accept and process various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets, and provide correct change.
- Cash Management: Maintain and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, tracking all transactions without discrepancies.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with basic product or pricing queries, and maintain composure during high-volume rush hours.
- Counter Maintenance: Keep the billing counter clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies such as shopping bags and receipts.
- Safety & Security:



Follow all store protocols regarding the verification of discounted items, coupons, and secure handling of company funds.
- Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent qualification (or 10th Pass with relevant foundational experience).
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in a retail cashier, billing, or customer-facing role. Freshers with solid mathematical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Core Skills: Counter handling, cash management, currency verification, and basic computer/POS literacy.
- Soft Skills: Active listening, high attention to detail, and a patient, friendly attitude when resolving customer complaints.
