- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager for daily sales activities
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Update and maintain lead/customer records

- Positive communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales/Telecalling experience preferred
