Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to manage inventory operations, ensure stock accuracy, maintain proper records, and monitor warehouse stock movement and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day inventory and stock control activities.
- Monitor stock levels, receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
- Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Perform inventory reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of materials.
- Ensure proper documentation for GRN, stock transfers, issues, returns, and adjustments.
- Maintain proper storage, identification, and tracking of inventory.
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, finance, and operations teams.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and expired stock.
- Generate and maintain inventory MIS reports and stock statements.




- Ensure timely system updates for all inventory transactions.
- Follow company SOPs and inventory control procedures.
- Identify inventory-related process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required inventory records.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Good understanding of stock control and reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP/WMS/inventory management systems.
- Good MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inventory activities efficiently.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; Supply Chain/Warehouse Management qualification will be an advantage.
- 3–7 years of relevant warehouse/inventory management experience.
- Strong experience in stock control, inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliation, and system operations is mandatory.
- Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical/FMCG industry will be preferred.
