Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building robust client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to meet targets and support long-term organizational success.

Duties n Responsibilities

(Job Description):

1. Lead Generation through Tele-Calling
2. Providing counselling, Guidance, or Advisory Services
3. Identify prospects Convert into admissions
4. Sales & Admissions Target Achievement
5. Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
6. Ready to understand quick learning in tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
7.



Prior experience in EdTech or education-related roles is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields (preferred)

Qualification/Experience:

- Graduates or Fresher’s with Bachelor's degree (any stream) OR Work Experience minimum 0 to 3 Years in the Sales Industry preferred

Skills:

1. Good communication (verbal and written)
2. MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
3. Persuasive and confident personality
4. Cold Calling, tele-calling approach
5. Negotiation and closing skills

Salary Structure:

- Based upon Skills & Interview Performance + Incentives

Office Hours (Regular):

- Monday to Saturday (9:30am to 6:30pm), Sunday (Weekly off)

Interview Time

- 11:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Saturday
