We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to handle leads from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp, social media, and other online sources and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and respond to leads received from IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp & other sources.
- Make calls to current and existing customers and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare and send quotations to customers.
- Explain products, features, pricing, and benefits.
- Maintain all lead and customer details in CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for customer requirements.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain proper follow-up and lead-conversion records.
