Eligibility

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E.
- Branches: All branches except Civil Engineering.
- B.Sc. candidates: Candidates from B.Sc. backgrounds other than Mathematics, Physics, and Applied Sciences may also be considered, subject to applicable eligibility criteria.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts, as applicable.

Qualification Stipend / Month Attendance Incentive Retention Bonus

Diploma ₹16,500 ₹1,000 ₹3,000 per month, payable once in 3 months

B.E. ₹17,500 ₹1,000 ₹3,000 per month, payable once in 3 months

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day manufacturing and production activities.
- Follow company safety, quality, and process standards.




- Assist in operating and monitoring production processes.
- Maintain workplace discipline and follow company procedures.
- Support quality and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Follow shift schedules and instructions from supervisors.

Deductions & Facilities

- Transport: ₹5/day deduction
- Canteen: ₹5/day deduction
- Hostel: ₹700/month deduction – available for female candidates only
