Job Description – Facility Executive – Operations

Role SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and responsible Facility Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, and vendor services.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, front office, and maintenance services.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service standards and SLAs.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and identify/resolve operational issues.
- Manage utility services such as water, waste management, parking, and landscaping.
- Coordinate and track AMC, preventive maintenance, and equipment servicing.
- Maintain checklists, maintenance records, incident reports, and other operational documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly MIS reports and vendor performance reports.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping materials, consumables, and stationery.
- Handle complaints and ensure timely closure within defined TAT.
- Support emergency response and ensure compliance with safety and EHS procedures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and facility standards.
- Required Skills2–3 years of experience in Facility Management / Operations.
- Good vendor coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of facility operations and maintenance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Robust problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred: Experience in commercial real estate, facility management, hospitality, or managed office operations.
