- Key ResponsibilitiesAttend walk-in wholesale and retail customers professionally.
- Sell premium ladies ethnic wear (Kurtis, Salwar Suits, Churidars, Party Wear, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and confirm orders.
- Coordinate with the packing team for timely dispatch.
- Maintain customer follow-up through phone and WhatsApp.
- Develop recent B2B customers and retain existing buyers.
- Display merchandise neatly and maintain showroom presentation.
- Update daily sales report and customer feedback.
- Support exhibitions and promotional sales events when required.
