Job DescriptionVera Monde is looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Growth Manager to independently manage and scale our Pan-India online perfume business.

The candidate will take end-to-end responsibility for e-commerce sales, performance marketing, website management, digital marketing, AI-based marketing tools, SEO coordination, CRM, logistics and online business growth.

- Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and achieve monthly e-commerce sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and scale the complete Pan-India online business.
- Manage/monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, retargeting and performance campaigns.
- Improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV and repeat purchases.
- Monitor website performance and quickly resolve checkout, payment, tracking, speed and other technical issues.
- Use the latest AI-based e-commerce and marketing tools for automation, analysis, content, customer segmentation and optimisation.
- Plan offers, product launches, bundles and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate social media, SEO, creative, influencer and performance-marketing teams/agencies.
- Coordinate factory, inventory, warehouse, operations, logistics and customer-care teams.
- Monitor daily orders, dispatches, delivery delays, NDR/RTO, refunds and customer issues.
- Manage CRM, WhatsApp/email marketing, abandoned-cart recovery and customer retention.
- Analyse competitors,



customer behaviour and market trends.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
- Continuously identify opportunities to increase traffic, conversion, revenue and profitability.

- Candidate Requirements3–5 years of proven e-commerce/D2C experience.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify/e-commerce platforms, GA4, SEO and CRM.
- Excellent knowledge of the latest AI-powered e-commerce and digital-marketing tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple agencies and internal teams.
- Revenue and ROI-focused mindset.
- Experience in perfume, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, luxury or premium D2C brands will be an advantage.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for future market launches.

International OpportunityThe selected candidate may participate in Vera Monde's future launches across the Middle East, Far East, UK, Europe and other international markets.

Career GrowthInitial salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000/month, depending on experience and capability.

Performance review after 6 months with opportunity for salary revision and promotion to a senior E-Commerce / Digital Marketing leadership role.
