? About SGPharmaSGPharma Private Limited is a pharmaceutical manufacturing and export company specialising in life-saving medicines. As the organisation continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage and strengthen the HR function.

? Role: HR GeneralistWe are looking for a confident, professional, and experienced HR Generalist who can take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, documentation, and performance management.

? Key Responsibilities• Manage and resolve employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and confidentially.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining and confirmation to transfers, promotions, and separation.

• Handle payroll-related activities, benefits, and statutory compliance, including PF, ESIC, PT, and applicable labour laws.

• Prepare and manage HR documentation such as appointment letters, offer letters, warning letters, policies, notices, and HR communications.

• Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with applicable Indian labour laws and company requirements.

• Develop and manage performance management and appraisal processes.





• Maintain employee performance records and support management in performance-related decisions.

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.

• Support organisational discipline, employee satisfaction, and overall workplace efficiency.

• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS, HR MIS, and personnel documentation.

• Work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

? Candidate Requirements✅ Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

✅ MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

✅ Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry

✅ Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance

✅ Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

✅ Qualified, presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with employees and management

✅ Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

✅ Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

✅ Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities

✅ Strong ownership, initiative, and a proactive approach to HR operations
