1. Premium Relationship Manager (PRM)

- CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
- Experience: 3–6 years in Sales
- BFSI experience preferred

2. Senior Premium Relationship Manager (Sr. PRM)

- CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
- Experience: 3–6 years in Sales
- BFSI experience preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customers virtually and understand their financial protection and insurance requirements.
- Sell HDFC Life insurance products to customers in international markets.
- Work on focused international markets including Middle East, UK, USA and South Africa.
- Connect with customers through calls and virtual communication channels.
- Manage and convert company-provided leads into successful sales.
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide professional and effective communication to international customers.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.

? Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of relevant sales experience.




- Candidates from BFSI / Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services background will be preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international customers.
- Strong sales orientation with target-driven approach.
- Valuable convincing, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
