- Handle inquiries from clients interested in immigration, visa, PR, work permit, study visa, or related consultancy services.
- Counsel clients regarding immigration programs, visa categories, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
- Convert leads into successful sales by explaining company services and building trust with prospective clients.
- Follow up with walk-in clients, calls, online leads, social media inquiries, and referrals in a timely manner.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets, conversion goals, and business development KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, client interactions, and sales updates in CRM or company systems.
- Provide detailed information about immigration procedures, timelines, service charges, and application processes.
- Coordinate with documentation, case processing, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding and case handling.
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, payment plans, invoices, and sales-related documentation.
- Conduct client meetings, counseling sessions, telephonic consultations, and presentations professionally.




- Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.
- Handle objections, concerns, and client queries effectively to improve conversion rates.
- Follow up on pending documents, payments, and onboarding formalities to ensure timely case initiation.
- Support promotional campaigns, seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and marketing activities to generate leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, country programs, visa updates, and service offerings.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation, campaign support, and inquiry management.
- Ensure all client communication is professional, accurate, and aligned with company policies.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations and coordinate with senior management where required.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information, documents, and sensitive immigration-related details.
- Perform any other sales and client acquisition-related duties assigned by the management.
