Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage dealer, distributor and retailer networks.
- Generate new leads and expand market presence.
- Conduct market visits and build strong customer relationships.
- Generate leads through contractors, carpenters, influencers and project visits.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
- Track market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience.
- Experience in plywood, building materials or related industries preferred.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for market visits.
