Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Feet on Street (FOS) Field Sales Officer to join our Home Loan team in Pune. The primary focus of this role will be driving open market sales, establishing channel partner relationships (DSAs, Connectors, Builders), generating retail loan leads, and ensuring loan files are successfully logged in and disbursed.

Key Responsibilities

Open Market Sourcing: Drive direct field sales to source quality Home Loan applications from potential buyers across Pune.

Channel Management: Regularly visit and build strong networking relationships with DSAs, Connectors,



and Real Estate Builders to ensure a steady channel of loan leads.

End-to-End File Processing: Collect necessary KYC, income, and property documents from applicants, ensuring complete documentation prior to credit login.

Customer Coordination: Act as a single point of contact for borrowers, assisting them with queries, loan eligibility, technical/legal validation updates, and disbursement steps.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly login and disbursement targets.Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday
