About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and responsible EV Repair & Service Technician to handle inspection, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electric vehicles. The candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical systems, batteries, motors, controllers, wiring, and EV components.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular servicing, inspection, and preventive maintenance of EVs.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in electric vehicles.
- Troubleshoot battery, motor, controller, charger, DC-DC converter, wiring, throttle, brake, and lighting systems.
- Identify faults using diagnostic tools, multimeters, and other testing equipment.
- Conduct battery health checks and basic battery-related troubleshooting.
- Repair or replace faulty electrical and mechanical components.
- Inspect vehicle wiring, connectors, fuses, switches, and electrical circuits.
- Perform road tests after servicing or repairs to ensure proper vehicle performance.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Explain vehicle problems and completed repairs to customers when required.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Support vehicle PDI, delivery preparation, and warranty-related service work.




- Coordinate with the service manager for major technical issues and spare-parts requirements.
- Required SkillsBasic to good knowledge of electric vehicles and EV electrical systems.
- Knowledge of BLDC/PMSM motors, controllers, batteries, chargers, and wiring.
- Ability to use a multimeter and basic electrical diagnostic tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and fault finding.
- Good mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Customer-friendly attitude and good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new EV technologies and vehicle models.
- Qualification & ExperienceITI / Diploma in Electrical, Automobile, Electronics, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in EV, automobile, electrical, or two-wheeler servicing preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and strong willingness to learn may also apply.
