We are a rapidly growing organization in the education and digital consultancy domain. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Shopify & E-Commerce Expert cum Performance Marketing Specialist to take our online presence, website infrastructure, and digital assets to the next level.

Role Overview

In this role, you will take complete ownership of technical management and optimization for our websites (Shopify/WordPress), along with driving lead generation and brand growth through social media and performance ads (Meta/Instagram, Google Ads).

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify & E-Commerce Management:

End-to-end setup, design, maintenance, and optimization of Shopify stores and websites.

Improving website speed, UI/UX, and mobile responsiveness to maximize conversion rates.

Managing products, landing pages, and payment gateway integrations.

Implementing SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.

2. Performance & Digital Marketing:

Designing and executing high-performance campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

Conducting targeted audience research,



planning ad creatives (image/video), and writing compelling ad copies.

Designing funnels tailored for lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.

Tracking ROI, ROAS, and CPC to continuously optimize campaigns.

3. Analytics & Technical Operations:

Setting up and monitoring Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports based on data-driven insights.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management and performance marketing.

Strong technical understanding of the Shopify platform and Liquid basics.

Proven track record of running successful campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (portfolio or previous campaign results required).

Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
