- Lead new product development and process planning.
- Review 2D/3D drawings and select machines/processes.
- Prepare process plans, cycle-time estimates and setup requirements.
- Manage tooling, fixtures and workholding requirements.
- Coordinate CAM programming and first-piece trials.
- Handle development issues, RCA and CAPA.
- Prepare setup sheets, work instructions and tool lists.
- Support shop-floor handover and ensure NPD timelines.
- Skills: MasterCAM / Siemens NX / Fusion 360 / EdgeCAM, G-code/M-code, Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi/Mazatrol, GD&T; and solid coordination skills.
