Reporting To: Project Manager / Site Manager

Job SummaryThe Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site, ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor daily civil construction activities at the site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and method statements.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and the project team.
- Manage activities such as excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Check reinforcement, shuttering, concrete work, levels, dimensions, and alignment before execution.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved schedule.
- Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, material requirements, and work updates.
- Conduct quantity measurements and assist in BOQ verification, billing, and quantity estimation.




- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspection and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with approved construction methods and quality standards.
- Identify site issues, discrepancies, and technical problems and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with HSE/safety procedures at the site.
- Maintain records of drawings, inspection requests, site instructions, measurements, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and other engineering teams whenever required.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and requirements.
- Support project handover, snag rectification, and completion activities.
- Required QualificationsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, measurements, and site procedures.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and contractors effectively.

Preferred SkillsTechnical: AutoCAD, MS Excel, quantity estimation, BOQ, billing, construction planning, surveying and leveling.
