Key Responsibilities

Monitor and support day-to-day IT and AI-enabled operations.

Perform basic troubleshooting and identify operational issues.

Monitor system/process performance and escalate issues when required.

Work with internal teams to resolve technical and operational queries.

Follow defined SOPs, processes and quality standards.

Assist in AI/automation-related operational activities.

Analyse basic operational data and identify abnormalities or recurring issues.

Maintain accurate documentation and update operational reports.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and service requests.

Continuously learn recent tools, technologies and processes.

Required Skills

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of IT concepts.





Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office and internet applications.

Interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.

Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Willingness to work from the Bangalore office and as per business/shift requirements.
