About Xstone Studio:

Xstone Studio specializes in innovative building material products and premium architectural surfaces. We operate multiple brands and are looking for a creative, highly organized Social Media Executive to join our team in Surat and help us showcase our products to the world.

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic "Canva Head" and social media enthusiast who will take ownership of our daily online presence. In this role, you will be the bridge between our internal team and our external content agency. You will ensure all our social media platforms stay active, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Platform Management: Manage and maintain daily activity across all our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for multiple brands.
- Canva Design: Act as our in-house Canva expert. Design daily social media posts, stories, basic marketing collateral,



and quick edits to keep our feeds looking fresh and professional.
- Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact with our external marketing/content agency. Coordinate deliverables, share feedback, and ensure content is provided and posted on schedule.
- Content Execution: Schedule posts, write engaging captions, and ensure the right hashtags and tags are used.
- Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms to build an engaged community.

What We Are Looking For:

- Proven experience (1-3 years) managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Strong proficiency in Canva (you should be fast, creative, and have a good eye for design and layout).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- A basic understanding of B2B marketing and interior/architectural aesthetics is a huge plus!
