Job Title: Operation Executive

Location: Okhla Phase 2, Near Govindpuri Metro Station

Responsibilities:

* Support clients with queries and resolve issues.

* Train staff on operations, software, and customer service.

* Maintain records using Google Sheets/Excel.

* Ensure smooth communication between the team and clients.

* Travel: Willingness to travel across India for Auditing on our Store. Requirements:

* Experience in grocery store or (FMCG) supermarket.

* Knowledge of retail operations and customer service.

* Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel.

* Positive communication in English & Hindi.

* Graduate degree required.

Job Details:

* Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
