Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR qualified to manage complete HR and administrative operations of our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment and hiring of factory staff and office employees.
- Managing employee attendance, leave, salary inputs and records.
- Handling joining, documentation, employee files and exit formalities.
- Maintaining discipline and resolving employee issues.
- Monitoring manpower requirements and staff turnover.
- Coordinating with department heads for workforce planning.
- Ensuring company policies and HR rules are followed.
- Handling employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Managing statutory compliance and labour-related documentation.
- Supporting administration and overall workforce management.

Requirements:

- Experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG company.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, attendance and payroll processes.
- Ability to manage a large workforce efficiently.
