Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch & Inventory Management Executive to manage day-to-day B2C order processing, inventory records, dispatch operations, and printing-related activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and able to coordinate orders from processing to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process B2C customer orders on a daily basis.

- Coordinate order picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability.

- Track inward and outward movement of inventory.

- Regularly update and maintain Excel/Google Sheets for orders, stock, dispatches, and other operational data.

- Monitor inventory levels and highlight low-stock or excess-stock situations.

- Coordinate with the warehouse/operations team to ensure timely order -dispatch.

- Handle printing requirements, including invoices, shipping labels, packing slips, and other order-related documents.

- Verify order details, quantities, SKUs, addresses, and shipping information before dispatch.





- Maintain proper records of dispatched, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.

- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for shipment handover and tracking.

- Assist in managing returns, replacements, and undelivered shipments.

- Conduct regular stock checks and help identify discrepancies between physical and system inventory.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of dispatch and inventory records.

- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports related to orders, inventory, and dispatch status.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

- Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse management.

- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with printing/scanning equipment.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
