Job Description – Loan Sales & Field Officer

Loan Sakha is looking for a Loan Sales & Field Officer to join our team.

- Job Responsibilities:Conduct field visits, market visits, and business visits to generate new loan leads.
- Visit customers and businesses within the city and outside the city as required.
- Explain suitable loan options to potential customers.
- Generate leads through direct meetings, market visits, and local business contacts.
- Collect customer details and required documents.
- Coordinate with the office team for file login and loan processing.
- Follow up with customers and maintain regular updates on leads.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for field and business visits.
- Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
- Hardworking and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
