- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, AC, lighting, and general maintenance requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of the showroom and identify maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors, technicians, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance of ACs, lights, CCTV, doors, shutters, fixtures, furniture, and other equipment.
- Monitor power, water, housekeeping, sanitation, and basic facility requirements.
- Attend urgent breakdowns and coordinate quick resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Maintain maintenance records, service schedules, AMC details, bills, and vendor details.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out without disturbing showroom operations and customer experience.
- Support fire safety,



emergency systems, and basic safety compliance.
- Check and report any facility-related risks or damages to management.
- Monitor maintenance expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Perform any other maintenance/facility-related duties assigned by management.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in showroom, retail, commercial building, hotel, or facility maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, carpentry, and civil works.
- Valuable vendor coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to maintenance emergencies.
