My Work Media is a Social Media Marketing Agency that helps businesses, creators and personal brands grow through Social Media Management, Reels/Video Editing, Graphic Designing, YouTube Management, Website Development, Meta Ads & other digital services.

Job Responsibilities:

- New clients ke liye cold calling aur lead generation karna.
- Potential clients ko call karke My Work Media ki services explain karna.
- Instagram/WhatsApp/phone par incoming leads ko handle karna.
- Client ki requirements samajhna aur suitable package suggest karna.
- Follow-up karke leads ko convert karna.




- Sales meetings/calls schedule karna.
- Daily calls, leads, follow-ups aur conversions ka proper record maintain karna.
- Monthly sales targets achieve karna.
- Existing leads ke saath regular follow-up maintain karna.
- Sales team/management ko daily & weekly sales report dena.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills.
- Hindi + basic English communication.
- Convincing & negotiation skills.
- Confidence ke saath phone par baat karne ki ability.
- Sales aur target-oriented mindset.
- Follow-up karne ki robust ability.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube aur digital marketing is a plus.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
