SALARY & BENEFITS

Freshers: ₹18,000 Take-Home Salary

Experienced: Up to ₹22,000 Take-Home Salary

WORKING HOURS

Male – Rotational Shift

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Female

9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Vi products/services

Explain plans, offers, discounts, perks & new products clearly

Handle customer queries, activations, upgrades and service requests

Promote and cross-sell Vi products and services

Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into sales

Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Achieve daily,



weekly & monthly sales targets

Follow up with customers and generate repeat business

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales

Support showroom activities, promotions and product campaigns

Work effectively as part of the showroom sales team

TARGET-BASED SALES ROLE

This is a target-oriented showroom sales position

Candidates are expected to achieve individual & team sales targets
