About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven MIS Executive to join our Data & Reporting Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales data, preparing and publishing sales reports and scorecards, maintaining MIS dashboards, and providing accurate and timely insights to management.

The ideal candidate should have strong MIS knowledge and advanced-level Excel skills, with the ability to handle large datasets, identify discrepancies, and convert raw data into clear and actionable reports.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain daily sales MIS and reporting systems.
- Prepare and circulate Daily Sales Reports within defined timelines.
- Prepare, update, and publish Sales Scorecards for individual employees, teams, and branches.
- Track sales performance against assigned targets, achievements, collections, and productivity metrics.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
- Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and performance trackers.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks before publishing reports.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
- Analyze sales data and highlight performance gaps, trends, and key observations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Branch Managers, and other departments for timely data collection and validation.
- Maintain historical sales records and ensure proper documentation of MIS data.




- Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible using Advanced Excel.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required by management.
- Ensure all reports are published accurately and within the required TAT.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of MIS and Management Reporting
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF/IFS, IFERROR, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and Excel dashboards
- Knowledge of Power Query / Excel automation will be an added advantage.
- Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Good understanding of sales KPIs and performance reporting.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large datasets and tight reporting deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Preferred Candidate 2–3 years of relevant experience in MIS, Sales MIS, Data Reporting, or Business Reporting.
- Candidates with experience in sales performance reporting and scorecard preparation will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working with large volumes of data.
- Should have a strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and reporting discipline.
