Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate accounting records, and support the company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, robust analytical skills, and proficiency in accounting software.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash-flow reports.
- Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as required.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
