Role: Real Estate Sales Associate This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about sales, client interactions, and building a career in the real estate sector. Key Responsibilities  Engage with potential customers through calls, site visits, and meetings.  Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.  Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits confidently.  Build relationships and follow up with clients to close sales.



 Coordinate with the sales team, developers, and internal departments.  Participate in marketing activities, property events, and promotional campaigns.  Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM tools.  Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Who Can Apply (Eligibility)  Fresh Graduates (Any Stream).  Strong communication skills in Hindi; English will be an advantage.  Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with customers.  Willingness to learn, travel for site visits, and work in a target-oriented environment.  Passion for sales and customer interaction.  Candidate must have Laptop/Tab.
