Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, friendly, and patient-focused Counselor to join our skin and aesthetic clinic. The counselor will be responsible for understanding patients’ concerns, explaining suitable treatments recommended by the doctor, guiding patients through treatment plans, and supporting the clinic in achieving patient satisfaction and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and interact professionally with patients visiting the clinic.

* Understand patients’ skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns and provide appropriate guidance based on the doctor’s recommendations.

* Explain treatment procedures, packages, timelines, expected outcomes, precautions, and pricing clearly to patients.

* Counsel patients regarding recommended treatments and encourage them to proceed with appropriate procedures.

* Follow up with patients through calls and messages regarding consultations, treatments, appointments, and packages.

* Convert consultations into treatment plans while maintaining a patient-first approach.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing patients and encourage repeat visits and treatment continuity.

* Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception, and other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

* Maintain accurate patient records, counseling details, follow-ups, and treatment/package information.

* Handle patient questions and concerns professionally and escalate medical queries to the doctor when required.

* Explain clinic offers, packages, memberships, and promotions to patients.





* Meet individual and clinic-level counseling, conversion, and revenue targets.

* Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.

* Collect patient feedback and communicate recurring concerns to the management.

* Ensure a high standard of patient experience and service throughout the patient’s journey.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

* Previous experience in a skin, hair, aesthetic, dermatology, cosmetology, wellness, healthcare, or premium beauty clinic is preferred.

* Candidates with experience in sales, patient counseling, customer relationship management, or healthcare front-office roles may also apply.
