Job Description – Social Media Cum Video Editior

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and experienced Social Media Handler to manage and grow our social media presence across various digital platforms.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and handle social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, captions, and creative campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and video editors for content creation.
- Edit and produce short-form video content, including Instagram Reels, promotional videos, event/wedding videos, and social media creatives.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, audio trends, hashtags, and competitor activities and suggest creative ideas relevant to the brand.
- Track performance, engagement, reach, impressions, followers, and overall growth of social media accounts.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and insights.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's tone, visual identity, positioning, and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to maintain a consistent and premium brand presence across all digital platforms.
- RequirementsProven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,



and other social media platforms.
- Robust understanding of social media trends, Reels, short-form video content, and digital engagement.
- Hands-on knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Ability to independently edit Reels, short videos, promotional content, event/wedding videos, and social media creatives.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva and other creative/design tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics, insights, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong visual sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work collaboratively, and meet deadlines.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in the wedding, hospitality, events, lifestyle, luxury, travel, or premium brands will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of photography and videography coordination is preferred.
- Experience in shoot planning, content production, and creative direction will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Instagram trends, trending audio, transitions, hooks, storytelling, and viral content formats.
- A portfolio of social media work, Reels, video edits, or previous campaigns will be preferred.
- Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be someone who is creative, trend-aware, proactive, and comfortable handling both social media management and content production. The candidate should be able to take raw photos/videos and turn them into engaging, high-quality social media content while maintaining the brand's premium identity.
