About the Role

Dr. Agravat is looking for a smart, energetic and tech-friendly person who can handle day-to-day IT, AI, e-commerce, social media and digital operations.

This is an all-round execution role. You will work directly with the management team and use computers, AI tools and online platforms to execute daily business tasks.

Training and guidance will be provided. We value speed, willingness to learn, problem-solving ability and computer skills more than degrees or years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and other e-commerce marketplaces

- Daily order processing, checking orders, printing labels/invoices and coordinating dispatch

- Upload and update products, images, pricing, inventory and product information

- Monitor marketplace dashboards, account health and operational issues

- Assist with Amazon advertising, promotions, reports and sales data

- Manage WordPress/WooCommerce website and product pages

- Upload banners, products, blogs, images and website content

- Basic website troubleshooting and maintenance

- Work with ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools for daily business tasks

- Use AI to create content, research, troubleshoot and improve workflows

- Assist with AI automation and business process automation

- Work with Google Sheets, Excel, Docs, Drive and online dashboards

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media accounts

- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories and other content

- Assist in social media content creation and basic editing

- Assist with Meta Ads and other digital marketing activities

- Respond to basic online customer queries and coordinate with the team





- Update Google Business Profiles and online business information

- Assist with SEO, keywords, website optimization and digital listings

- Organize digital files, product images, videos and company assets

- Help manage WhatsApp Business and digital customer communication

- Assist with CRM, forms, databases and lead management

- Basic Canva/design work and image/video editing when required

- Handle routine computer, software, printer, Wi-Fi and IT-related tasks

- Research and learn new software/tools whenever required

- Perform other computer-based operational work required for the company's day-to-day digital operations

Skills We Are Looking For

- Very comfortable using computers and the internet

- Fast learner and willing to learn new software

- Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces

- Basic social media knowledge

- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools

- WordPress/WooCommerce knowledge is an advantage

- Canva or basic graphic design knowledge is an advantage

- Basic HTML/coding knowledge is an advantage

- Automation/API knowledge is a solid advantage

- Good Google searching and problem-solving skills

- Basic English communication and typing

- Responsible, organized and able to complete tasks independently

Who Can Apply?

BCA, BSc IT, B.Tech, BE, Diploma IT/Computer, B.Com, BBA or other graduates/freshers with strong computer skills can apply.
