Sourcing and Procurement

- Source and buy raw food items (vegetables, dairy, meat, seafood, spices, and grains).
- Procure non-food items like disposable packaging, cleaning supplies, and kitchen tools.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requisitions from the head chef or operations team.
- Track orders to make sure deliveries arrive on schedule before catering
