- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily uPVC window and door installation activities at project sites.
- Coordinate and manage installation teams, fabricators, and site workers.
- Verify site openings, dimensions, levels, and installation requirements before starting work.
- Check measurements against approved drawings and measurement sheets.
- Ensure proper installation, alignment, leveling, fixing, sealing, glazing, and finishing of uPVC windows and doors.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure company standards are followed.
- Coordinate with the project manager, sales team, production team, contractors, and clients.
- Identify and report site-related issues, measurement discrepancies, material shortages, and installation problems.
- Ensure required materials, hardware, glass, profiles, accessories, and tools are available at the site.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and installation records.
- Track project progress against the planned schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Inspect completed installations and coordinate necessary rectification or snagging work.
- Handle client and contractor queries related to installation and site work professionally.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and protection of uPVC profiles, glass, hardware, and finished products.
- Ensure workers follow site safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Coordinate final inspection,

- Take photographs and maintain proper documentation of site progress.
- Support the management team with site updates, material requirements, and progress reports.

- Required SkillsKnowledge of uPVC windows and doors, profiles, hardware, glass, and installation methods.
- Positive understanding of site measurements and installation drawings.
- Ability to identify measurement and installation errors.
- Good team-management and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, email, and site reporting.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

- Qualification & ExperienceITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in uPVC/aluminium window and door installation or construction site supervision preferred.
- Experience supervising installation teams will be an advantage.
