About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and identify potential customers for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property/project site visits.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information to customers.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience:



1–5 years in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Robust customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Knowledge of the Pune real estate market will be an advantage.
- Candidates comfortable working in and around Baner, Pune are preferred.
