About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Senior Executive to manage maintenance and engineering operations across multiple F&B; outlets. The role will focus on equipment uptime, preventive maintenance, breakdown management, vendor coordination, cost control, safety, and smooth store operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage maintenance activities across multiple F&B;/QSR outlets.
- Ensure maximum uptime of refrigeration, HVAC, kitchen equipment, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive & predictive maintenance schedules.
- Handle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution.
- Coordinate with technicians, vendors, contractors, and service partners.
- Manage AMCs, vendor SLAs, service costs, quotations, and spare parts.
- Monitor maintenance costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain equipment records, breakdown history, and maintenance reports.




- Support new store openings, renovations, equipment installation, testing, and handover.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and maintenance standards.
- Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, RAC, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Experience in F&B;, QSR, Restaurant, Bakery, Café, Hospitality, or Retail preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical, Kitchen Equipment, Plumbing, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Solid vendor management, troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across multiple outlets.

Preferred CandidateHands-on, technically strong, cost-conscious, and highly responsive, with the ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities in a fast-paced F&B; environment.

Experience with QSR/Café/Dessert/Bakery chains with 20+ outlets will be an added advantage.
