Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and student-focused Career Counsellor Cum Sales Executive (No Targets) who can guide NEET aspirants and parents with accurate career advice while promoting our counselling services ethically.

This is a guidance-based role. There are no sales targets or pressure-based selling.

Key Responsibilities

· Career Counselling

· Counsel NEET aspirants and parents regarding MBBS, BDS, and other medical courses.

· Provide accurate information about counselling processes, colleges, cut-offs, and admission procedures.

· Understand student profiles and suggest suitable options.

· Maintain proper follow-up with interested students. Relationship & Service Coordination

· Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online queries.





· Explain NEET ADVISOR services clearly and professionally.

· Maintain student database and documentation.

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate (Any stream) – Education/Management preferred.

· 1–2 years of experience in counselling, education consultancy, or sales (preferred).

· Strong communication and convincing skills.

· Presentable and professional personality.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling preferred).

· Freshers are also welcomed.

· Ability to build trust with students and parents.
