We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR RECRUITER to join our team in the Food and Beverages industry. This role will support day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in a rapid-paced, labor-intensive environment and be comfortable engaging with employees at all levels.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding

- Coordinate recruitment processes for hourly and salaried roles, including job postings, interviews, and offer management.
- Manage onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
- Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.
- Promote a positive work environment by supporting engagement programs and employee recognition initiatives.
