Responsibilities:
- Follow up with existing and potential clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with sales and project team for client requirements.
- Share company profile, quotations and project updates with clients.
- Track leads, follow-ups and conversion status.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely responses.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and generate business opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly follow-up reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excle and CRM software.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience in CRM, sales or customer handling will be preferred.
