Role:-
A telecaller is responsible for communicating with current and potential clients over the phone to promote products, generate leads, or provide customer support.
Responsibilities:-
- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients using provided lists to pitch products or services.
- Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming questions from customers and offer helpful solutions.
- Follow Scripts: Use predefined communication scripts while adapting naturally to customer responses.
- Update Records: Enter all customer details, feedback, and call notes into the company CRM.
- Meet Targets: Reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals for calls, lead generation, or sales conversions.
- Follow Up: Call back interested leads at the right time to keep the sales process moving.
