Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor seller dashboards and ensure smooth order processing.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for issue resolution and business growth.
- Maintain marketplace performance metrics and account health.

Order Management

- Monitor daily order flow across all online channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely order fulfillment.
- Track pending, cancelled, returned and replacement orders.
- Ensure adherence to order dispatch SLAs.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
- Update inventory levels in ERP and marketplace portals.
- Monitor ageing stock and recommend liquidation plans.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on:
- Sales
- Orders
- Inventory
- Returns




- Marketplace performance
- Order fulfilment metrics
- Analyse operational data and identify areas for improvement.

Cross-functional Coordination

- Work closely with:
- Procurement Team
- Marketing Team
- Finance Team
- Customer Support Team
- Ensure smooth execution of business operations.

Technical Skills

- Marketplace Seller Portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Shopify (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel
- Google Sheets
- Inventory Management System
