Job Summary

We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, promoting our services, and contributing to revenue growth.

- Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, cold outreach, and lead generation.
2. Client Meetings: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, present our services, and negotiate deals.
3. Service Promotion: Promote CodeCraft Solutions' services through social media, email, networking, events, and other relevant marketing channels.
4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
5. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.




- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.

Job Requirements

- Field Job: This is a field-based position involving regular client visits, lead generation, networking, and business development activities.
- Own Vehicle – Compulsory: Candidates must have their own two-wheeler or personal vehicle for client visits and field sales activities.

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Additional performance-based incentives
- Approx. Monthly Earnings: Approximately ₹30,000 including incentives
