Job Responsibilities:

✅ End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

✅ Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references

✅ Screening, shortlisting, and conducting initial HR interviews

✅ Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers

✅ Managing offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding

✅ Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases

✅ Ensuring timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

✔ 3–6 years of recruitment experience

✔ Experience hiring for IT, Sales, Technical Support, and Leadership roles

✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills

✔ Good communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms
