About Easy My Storage

Easy My Storage is a skilled storage and warehousing company helping individuals and businesses store their belongings safely, securely, and conveniently.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who can take ownership of leads, understand customer requirements, convert enquiries into paying customers, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website, and other channels.
- Understand customer storage requirements and recommend the right storage solution.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers and move them through the sales process.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Negotiate with customers and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Regularly update the sales pipeline and report progress to management.
- Take ownership of the complete sales process, from first enquiry to successful closure.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2C/B2B services, real estate, logistics, warehousing, storage, or a related industry.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Good follow-up skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
