We are looking for a Junior HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, documentation and recruitment operations. The role is suitable for an organized and proactive individual who wants to build a career in HR Operations and gain exposure to multiple aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Coordinate with candidates and employees regarding required documents and information.
- Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment and employee-related trackers.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports and routine HR communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for employee-related requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Support attendance, leave and other routine HR administration activities.
- Assist the HR team in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Provide administrative support for HR policies, processes and audits.
- Perform other HR operations activities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR/HR Operations; freshers with relevant internship experience may be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and trackers.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good to Have
- Exposure to HRMS/HRIS or recruitment tools.
- Internship or prior experience in HR operations/recruitment.
- Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding.
- Familiarity with HR documentation and reporting.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations (IT/SAP setting preferred).
- Exposure to payroll, HRMS tools, and compliance is an advantage.
