Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Associates to join our footwear showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their footwear requirements.
- Demonstrate and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing and cash/POS transactions.
- Assist in stock management and inventory checks.
- Address customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.




- RequirementsMinimum Higher Secondary/Diploma/Any Degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in retail or showroom sales.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in shifts and on weekends.
- Preferred ExperienceFootwear, apparel, fashion retail, sportswear, or lifestyle showroom sales experience.
